Third Option is a skills-based group program that has been around Cincinnati for over 10 years to help participants build stronger, more-fulfilling marriages. Each fourteen (14) – session cycle covers a comprehensive set of tools that couples can use to develop better understanding, sensitivity and trust while learning more effective speaking and listening skills.

An educational group where attendees learn, encourage and support each other, Third Option is led by skilled facilitators and by couples who have overcome serious issues in their marriages. Each session stands alone, so couples can start anytime in the cycle of topics, and catch up later if they happen to miss a week or two.
Third Option can positively impact:
- Intact or separated couples attending together, or married individuals attending alone;
- Functional marriages working on a few issues, or estranged couples struggling across a wide range of problems;
- Couples or individuals attending in conjunction with other counseling programs, or attending Third Option alone.
