We're excited to offer these opportunities for you to get involved in corporate prayer at MCC!
|
| Monthly Prayer Gathering: Each month the church holds a prayer gathering. Everyone is invited to attend and participate. During the prayer meeting we seek to pray for the church, church leaders, the city, and world. We also welcome the opportunity to praise God for answered prayers and pray for individual needs. We encourage you to join us each month as we seek God's presence and listen for His guidance! |

Become a Prayer Partner: Prayer partners stand in the gap with individuals seeking prayer immediately after each weekend worship service. These prayer moments are occasions to praise God for the many blessings of life and to petition Him in the areas of life's challenges. We encourage people to come and pray as individuals, families, as well as a group of friends. Prayer partners are specifically trained and scheduled for this volunteer assignment. If you are interested in becoming a prayer partner, contact Wanda Langdon at wlangdon@mcc.us for more information.
Throughout the year, we offer sessions of our two prayer training classes. View the events to the left to see if any are coming up very soon, or keep an eye on the weekender (weekend bulletin) or subscribe to our weekly church email.
Basic Prayer Training
This training session is fundamental training for anyone looking to develop their skills in praying for and with other people. This core prayer training is necessary as a step to becoming a Prayer Partner at MCC. Enjoy a time of fellowship and teaching which will prepare you to become a Prayer Partner and pray boldly here at MCC and everywhere the Lord takes you.
Advanced Prayer Training
This prayer training is an incredible growth opportunity for anyone looking to deepen their personal and public prayer times. Enjoy a time of learning and fellowship to grow in our learning and leaning on the Lord. It is advantageous but not necessary to have attended Basic Prayer Training (or similar) before attending this session.
