	Pastor Kim Vaught - Serves as our Next Generation Pastor overseeing birth through 18 years of age. In addition to that, she is a sought after speaker for Children’s camps, revivals, training workshops and seminars. Her easy going style, wacky sense of humor and deep love for children have enabled her to effectively expose kids - thru music and the Word - to the difference that Christ makes.

	Kristy Moser - Serves as Director of Early Childhood. She comes to MCC as a graduate of Xavier University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She has a deep love for children and her enthusiasm and interest in creating the best possible learning environment for our children is evident. We're blessed to have her expertise on our Children's Ministry staff!

	Patrick Vail - Serves as our Elementary Director working with volunteers and students grades 1-6. Patrick has an outgoing and loving personality that attracts people to him. Highly gifted in the performing arts and music, he is a great addition to the Crosstown team. His love for kids and the ministry are evident every time you are around him!

	Kay Knoblauch - Serves as an Administrative Assistant in Children's Ministry. Her willing spirit and a can do attitude are a plus for Crosstown. She likes watching HGTV and getting great ideas for her home. VBS is her favorite time of year!

	Amie Frazer - Serves as the Childcare Coordinator with Crosstown Children’s ministry. She loves the Lord God with all her heart! She is passionate about sharing His love with all of the children that take advantage of childcare at MCC. She is the mother of Catherine and wife of Tim and enjoys long walks, biking, the zoo and any activity with family.

	Chris Conner - Serves as the Preschool Director with Crosstown Children’s ministry.
