Our Approach
We will accomplish this vision by creating engaging environments that allow God to guide and develop people to experience the transforming reality of Jesus Christ and pursue missional living in their community and world.
We will focus on the northeast part of Cincinnati first, and then trust God to expand our impact. Although this includes more than one million people, we believe that this vision can be accomplished in our lifetime by:

- Engaging every person in captivating worship opportunities that are spiritually relevant and strategically placed;
- Encouraging and equipping every person to embrace the next steps in their journey towards becoming like Christ in the world;
- Sending thousands of missional people to share the gospel and bless the world around them;
- Partnering with like-minded leaders and ministries to multiply the impact of time, energy, and resources.
