Children - There are many way for you to use your time & talents to impact the next generation.
The evening’s activities will begin with Worship at 5:30PM in the worship center, dinner and dessert at 6:30PM in the Powerhouse, followed by the annual meeting which will begin promptly at 7:15PM in the Worship center.
Dinner will be a Potluck of heavy hot and cold appetizers, please bring your favorite hot or cold appetizer to share.
Childcare arrangements have been closed for the dinner and meeting portion of the evening (after 7:15PM). We will only be able to provide childcare for those children who have registered in advance. Children are more than welcome to join their parents at the dinner and meeting starting at 7:!5PM.
The Annual Meeting is open to all friends and members of MCC. Everyone is invited to attend all or part of the evening’s activities. It is important to note that only members of the church will be permitted to vote on the church budget, on the election of Executive Board members and the seating of Nominating Committee members.
