Facilities Assistant Part-Time 15 hours per week
Assist the Building Superintendent with maintaining and upkeep of MCC buildings and grounds. The individual must be attentive to detail, have a willingness to follow direction, and show a desire for the neat and clean appearance of the buildings and grounds. In addition, this individual will assist with set-up and tear-down of rooms and special events, show a willingness to accommodate needs of the congregation, be a team player, work with a teachable heart, a good attitude and unified spirit. Guest Services Coordinator Part-Time 20 hours per week
This position will be responsible for cultivating a welcoming atmosphere of hospitality for all who attend a weekend service or event at MCC. The coordinator will lead all MCC Guest Services teams; recruiting, developing, equipping and inspiring team leaders and volunteers to create an irresistible and friendly environment on the MCC campus. The individual must set the standard for excellent first impressions, be a team player, work with a teachable heart, a good attitude and unified spirit. The ability to cultivate and encourage volunteer teams is a must in addition to follow-up contact with guests.
