Act as an integral participant in the leadership of worship. The individual must be skilled in the techniques of playing the organ and conscious of blending with and accompanying other musicians during church services. Support Worship Services and MCC ministry events by overseeing the maintenance and operation of audio, lighting and video equipment, while demonstrating a strong commitment to Jesus. This individual will help use technology effectively and strategically to enhance the experience of attenders, empower others to develop their skills and build volunteer teams.
