Technical Director Full-Time 40 Hours

Support Worship Services and MCC ministry events by overseeing the maintenance and operation of audio, lighting and video equipment, while demonstrating a strong commitment to Jesus. This individual will help use technology effectively and strategically to enhance the experience of attenders, empower others to develop their skills and build volunteer teams.


Local Outreach Director Full-Time 40 Hours

Montgomery Community Church is searching for the ideal candidate to fill the position of Local Outreach Director. This is a full time position with benefits. The Local Outreach Director will assertively lead individual members and the congregation of MCC into a lifestyle of representing Jesus through serving and evangelism. The goal will be to develop and expand opportunities to fulfill the Great Commissions in meaningful, tangible and evangelistic ways by ensuring the establishment and operation of strategic local initiatives that reach families. The position is responsible for recruiting, training, equipping, and coordinating a group of servant leaders to teach, facilitate, support, and lead each local initiative. The Local Outreach Director will facilitate and /or participate in missional initiatives as needed and will be a pastoral, spiritual, and biblical leader in MCC’s missional environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors or Masters degree in education, ministry or related field. Knowledge of community development, evangelism skills, and at least three years experience in outreach ministries is desired.
